Heritage Kitchen Range of Preserves - Derek Jones
Recently received a range of chutneys and preserves made by Derek, all were excellent.
My two disappointments were that they were finished off far too quickly, next time I will hide my favourites! and that the truly fantastic Whisky Marmalade is a Christmas only product--roll on Santa.
A wholehearted recommendation for Derek's products from me.Keith Leighton 08/04/2011

Bandicoot IT - Stuart Bowen
Stuart Bowen of Bandicoot IT is a life saver. He has sorted out all our little niggles, taught our computers to talk to each other nicely, linked in a new user to our network and answered our many questions with utmost patience. And all at a price that doesn't make you faint when you receive the invoice. A great service at a great price.

Ruud's Eye - Ruud Van Ruitenbeek
Yesterday I received the photographs that Ruud took for us at the Valley at Work Exhibition on 5th October. Ruud has done a fantastic job for us and the photos are really clear, you can clearly see the winner's names on the certificates for the awards winners. The stands and the people have come out really well and Ruud has done a superb job for us and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a photographer. We will be putting his photographs on both the Valley and exhibition websites as a wonderful reminder of an enjoyable day.
Thanks Ruud

Fit Therapy, Rawtenstall – Michelle Dew
Having tried to get fit many times in the last 15 years I never understood how people had the motivation to go to a gym and get fit. I lost the enthusiasm at day 2! Needless to say I never got anywhere. Then I met Michelle and went to her gym in Rawtenstall town centre – WOW what a difference, I felt so comfortable in the environment and so relaxed that I actually wanted to be there. No posers and body builders just normal people like me wanting to get/keep fit.
Michelle does not just show you how things work and then leaves you on day 1 she tweaks what you do each time you visit, so the programme level may change or the time/distance. You always have that motivation to push that little bit harder that you know you can do if you are pushed. In addition to the gym, I ventured into a body conditioning class which was excellent; it uses all parts of the body and gives a really good work out. The odd thing is though and I never thought I would say this I look forward to going each time
